REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Rundu Pharmacy will not accept returns of
- Any products of which the packaging has been removed, opened or tampered with,
- Any products of a personal nature due to hygiene and sanitary considerations,
- Any products due to pharmacy law requirements
- Any medicines (prescription, scheduled or over-the-counter medication).
In the case of a possible return, replacement or exchange, ensure the following;
- Items are returned within 24 hours of purchase
- Shoes, handbags, wallets, and electronic equipment within 7 days of purchase
- The product has not expired.
- It is not damaged (including all packaging);
- It is a returnable product.
- All packaging received with purchase.
Documents to be provided upon return.
- Original tax invoice/till slip as proof of purchase;
- Proof of identification.
RETURNS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. THE DECISION TO REFUND, REPLACE OR EXCHANGE IS SOLELY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE PHARMACY MANAGER.
No refunds or exchanges will apply in respect of the following products:
- Medicines (prescription, scheduled or over-the-counter medication)
- Jewellery for piercings
- Breast Pumps
- Baby foods/formula
- Personal grooming items
- Gift cards
- Products on clearance sale
- Signature fragrances (refer to disclaimer)
Disclaimer
All fragrances stocked by Rundu Pharmacy is 100% authentic, sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorised suppliers. The sale of counterfeit products is illegal and against our practices. Rundu Pharmacy disclaim any guarantee of the final result as products are sold as-is.
Sales are final and sold at the buyer’s own discretion. Fragrances are inspected at the pay point to ensure that they are in a proper and acceptable condition. The onus lies on the buyer to ensure the same before leaving the premises.
Customers are advised not to apply fragrances to sensitive or damaged skin.
Liability
Rundu Pharmacy or any of its affiliated suppliers shall not incur any liability of whatever nature arising in contract or delict from any injury, loss or damage to any person or property arising from the use of the products.
Claims
No action or claim of whatever nature shall lie against Rundu Pharmacy arising out of or in connection with any defects in, or unsuitability of any products.
